30-Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your BabyFirstStride purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging where possible.
- You must contact us first at babyfirststride.store@gmail.com to receive return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
This 30-day return window applies to all BabyFirstStride orders, including items purchased through a promotional bundle (such as our BOGO offer).
How to start a return
Email us at babyfirststride.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions and, once your return is approved and received, process your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable time. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, if any were paid, are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping (such as our BOGO offer), no shipping deduction applies since none was charged.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at babyfirststride.store@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different color, contact us at babyfirststride.store@gmail.com — we're happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
